We don't design around data or features; we design experiences centered on patients' daily lives. That is why we think of 'patients' before 'users'.

What we build directly affects patients' bodies and lives. So at Bell, being humble before the data and admitting mistakes quickly is the baseline.

We don't release products without sufficient clinical evidence. Bell holds a high bar and never stops looking for better ways.

Why have some problems stayed unsolved for so long? Why do existing approaches fall short? Bell started by questioning what seemed obvious.
