Evidence-Based
Digital Health

Digital health built on scientific evidence

Where neuroscience meets audio engineering

BELL focuses on the physiological pathways through which sound acts on the autonomic nervous system,
developing digital health solutions grounded in clinical research.

NeuroTech
Research Lab

We never stop researching
for medical innovation
that improves quality of life.

We combine neuroscientific discovery with clinical translation
to develop innovative, practical solutions.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Sonified
Neuromodulation

Our core technology is Sonified Neuromodulation.
We study how sound designed around each user's biological rhythms acts on the autonomic nervous system,
and develop non-invasive, drug-free approaches across neurological areas
such as insomnia and auditory rehabilitation.

Every Bell product starts from a scientific hypothesis and follows an evidence-based process,
building evidence through clinical research including randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
More than five clinical trials have been completed to date, and the pivotal trial for BELL-001 is in progress.

What makes us
Different

Science comes first

We look beyond "it feels better" to measurable
neurophysiological markers.
Every product goes through clinical research that meets regulatory standards,
from proof-of-concept (PoC) studies to pivotal RCTs.

In Progress

Pivotal Clinical Trial

Pivotal RCT (S-KR-003)
The pivotal trial for MFDS medical device approval is in progress.

Lead site: Kangbuk Samsung Hospital (multicenter) | Design: multicenter, randomized, sham-controlled, double-blind
Primary endpoint: change in ISI (Baseline → Week 4)
Regulatory pathway: MFDS Innovative Medical Device — pivotal trial for approval
Status: First patient in (FPI) completed in March 2026
