Conventional treatments for insomnia carry inherent risks
Medications for insomnia come with risks such as daytime drowsiness, digestive issues, muscle wasting, dizziness, and memory loss, as well as the potential for addiction. Drug treatments are not capable of fundamentally curing chronic insomnia.
Although Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is recommended as a first-line treatment for insomnia and shows clinical efficacy, the treatment faces challenges such as long treatment duration, high dropout rates, and side effects from sleep restriction therapy.
Our Solution
Overcoming the fundamental limitations of traditional treatment methods
Sleep Thera facilitates sleep initiation by addressing hyperarousal, a primary trigger of insomnia. It shows effects with 10-30 minutes of use before sleep, without posing any side effect risks.
The efficacy has been clinically proven in patients with difficulty falling asleep and in those suffering from acute insomnia caused by hospitalization.
